Agreement

You agree that any material submitted for publication will not contain anything leading to an abusive or unethical use of the Web Hosting Service, the Host Server, network or FastWebEngine. Abusive and unethical materials and uses include, but are not limited to: pornography, obscenity, nudity, slander, violations of privacy, computer viruses, harassment, illegal activity, "Spamming", "Warez" hosting or storage, Fraud websites, Phishing websites, Gambling websites, Racist websites, illegally owned executables and/or electronic files, and advocacy of illegal activity. It is also understood that you will not publish information over the Internet that may be used by one party to harm another. FastWebEngine may or may not give notice before deactivating the use of an account(s) which FastWebEngine deems an abusive or unethical use of the web hosting server(s) or service(s).

Please use common sense with regard to the following:

1. Adult Content
   Adult websites, adult photo galleries and/or file sharing are prohibited on FastWebEngine servers.
   
   
2. IRC Networks
   Hosting an IRC server that is part of or connected to another IRC network or server is prohibited. This includes but is not limited to, the use of IRC clients, server software, bots or anything related to IRC. Servers found to be connecting to or part of these networks will be removed from the FastWebEngine network without notice.
   
   
3. Mass Email or Spam
   Use of FastWebEngine servers or services to send mass email, unsolicited bulk email (UBE) or unsolicited commercial email (UCE) is prohibited. Use of a third-party provider to send UCE, Spam or mail bombs, to promote a site hosted on or connected to the FastWebEngine network is similarly prohibited. Violations of this type may result in termination of your account. Opt-in email is acceptable provided there is a functional unsubscribe link and such opt-out requests are honored immediately. Account holders attempting to relay email or unsolicited bulk email (UBE) through the FastWebEngine servers or services may be suspended without notice.
   
   
4. Excessive Resource Usage
   FastWebEngine servers provide user access to shared resources. Abuse of server resources, either intentional or unintentional, including but not limited to, improper coding, scripts using high resources, excessive server connections, bandwidth usage, and bulk email, may lead to disruption of service availability and/or suspension of your account. FastWebEngine does not permit websites or applications that that scan, scrape, or index external websites or resources, or applications that automatically generate content for SEO purposes. FastWebEngine reserves the right to review your account for excessive CPU usage, storage and other resources that may cause excessive server loads and/or a violation of our Acceptable Use Policy and/or Terms of Service. FastWebEngine reserves the right to disable your service availability due to excessive resource usage. Account holders that violate our Acceptable Use Policy or Terms of Service may be suspended without notice.
   
   
5. Shared Storage
   Shared storage, or your disk space allocation, may only be utilized for files that constitute your website(s), active email, and the content used on your web pages. Shared storage may not be used for offsite storage, offsite backup, online archiving of electronic files and email, or the storage of files, data, and information outside of your website and/or web page content. FastWebEngine may ask you to reduce the number of files within your hosting account if you retain files that are not beng utilized, old account backups, or excessive quantities of email on the server. All email software (Outlook, Mac Mail, Thunderbird etc.) provides the ability to backup or archive email messages on your computer for later retrieval. We ask that users follow this practice to prevent outdated email items from accumulating in your account. Deleted and Sent email items add to your overall storage quota. We may also purge deleted email items and/or Spam email items older than thirty (30) days.
   
   
6. Video Integration
   For users that would like to integrate streaming video, we recommend using a video streaming service. Both YouTube and Vimeo provide this service, and allow for easy web page integration and video optimization. While not a requirement, using a video steaming service will prevent potential overages against your monthly bandwidth allotment. 7. Security
   Violations of system or network security are prohibited and may result in criminal and civil liability. FastWebEngine will pursue legal action to the fullest extent for any security violation of the FastWebEngine network. This includes, but is not limited to: (1) Gaining or attempting to gain unauthorized access to servers or services; (2) Gaining or attempting to gain unauthorized use of data, systems or networks; (3) Attempting to test the vulnerability of a system or to breach security measures without proper authorization of FastWebEngine, the system or network owner; (4) Monitoring of data or traffic on any system or network without proper authorization of FastWebEngine, the system or network owner; and (5) Any interference with services provided to any user, host or network through activities such as mail-bombing, viruses, Spam, scripts, or any deliberate attempt to overload the system.
   
   
8. Illegal Use
   FastWebEngine services may only be used for lawful purposes. Transmission, distribution or storage of any material in violation of applicable law, copyright, or governmental regulation is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, material protected by copyright, trademark or other intellectual property used without proper authorization. This also includes, but is not limited to, any material or conduct that may be judged as threatening, harassment, fraud or abuse or violates export control laws. Using a website for phishing or viral attacks is illegal and strictly prohibited. Any account found in breach of this condition will be terminated and reported immediately. FastWebEngine will cooperate fully with legal authorities in the investigation of any suspected misuse or illegal use of services. Any use of FastWebEngine services to engage in software piracy or other violations of law will result in account suspension and will be immediately reported to the appropriate authorities. In any such event FastWebEngine reserves the right to disclose personal contact details to any law enforcement agency in order to further investigate such matters.
   
   
9. Catch-All Email Accounts
   FastWebEngine does not provide or allow "catch-all" email accounts. This is considered an outdated practice of providing a single email address that will accept any email addressed to your domain (e.g. anything@yourdomain.com >>> catchall@yourdomain.com). This service allows for potential bandwidth restricting surges of Spam messages.
